In a medium bowl combine the contents of the brown sugar packet with 1 cup flour, 1/4 teaspoon salt, 1/4 cup white sugar, and 1/2 cup of the oatmeal. Stir to blend. Drizzle in 1/2 cup melted butter and stir with a fork until mixture clumps. Pat on top of your favorite cut up fruit mixed with 1/4 cup white sugar, the dried cranberries and 1 tsp vanilla or lemon juice.
