Hungarian Goulash Mix Ingredients:
Green lentils, potato cube, onion, carrots, red and green bell peppers, paprika, leeks, caraway seed, marjoram and thyme. No added salt, preservatives or MSG.

Additions:
3/4 pound ground round
1 tablespoon oil
3 cups beef broth
1 10 ounce can Original Rotel Tomatoes with Green Chilies
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
Optional toppings: sour cream
Hungarian Goulash Recipe Directions:
In a 4-quart pot heat oil over medium high heat. Crumble and brown ground beef. Add contents of seasoning packet and stir for 30 seconds. Add Hungarian Goulash soup mix and stir for 30 seconds again. Add beef broth, bring to simmer, and cover for 40 minutes. Stir in Rotel tomatoes, cover and continue to simmer for 15 minutes. Fill two bowls and top each serving with a dollop of sour cream.
Inventive Recipe Variations:
Hungarian Goulash with Noodles
Prepare Frontier Soups new Hungarian Goulash according to directions, but add 1 cup sour cream and stir in thoroughly just before serving. In a separate pot boil water for 8 ounces or more of good quality egg noodles. Serve the goulash on top of egg noodles for dinner for four.
Hungarian Goulash Soup with Noodles
Prepare Frontier Soups new Hungarian Goulash according to directions but add 2 cups additional broth or a 12-ounce bottle of dark beer. In a separate pot boil water for 8 ounces or more of good quality egg noodles. Serve Goulash on top of noodles with a dollop of sour cream on top for dinner for 4-6.
Hungarian Goulash with Dumplings
Prepare the goulash with the extra broth, simmer 45 minutes to an hour. Drop in pop open biscuits, cover and continue to simmer on low for 15 minutes. Halfway through, roll over biscuits to speed cooking and re-cover with lid. Serve goulash with dumplings on top.
