Alphabet pasta (durum semolina), carrots, onion, corn, peas, celery, shallots, garlic and herbs. No added salt, preservatives or MSG.

6 cups chicken broth
2 cups cooked and cut chicken
In a 3 to 4 quart pot bring broth to a simmer. Cut cooked chicken breast into small pieces. Add contents of soup mix packet and chicken chunks to the broth. Allow soup to simmer 10 minutes, covered. Bring to a rolling boil and add alphabet noodles. Lower heat to medium and simmer 10 more minutes. Turn off heat and let cool five more minutes. Serve with crackers or sandwiches for a tasty alphabet soup supper for kids of all ages.
