Chicken Noodle Soup Mix Ingredients:

Lasagne Corte (Gluten free corn pasta), carrot, onion, peas, shallot, corn, celery, leek, garlic and herbs. No added salt, preservatives or MSG.

Allergen Information: Certified Gluten-Free

Recipe Additions:

  • 2 tablespoons butter or margarine
  • 6 cups chicken broth
  • 2 cups chicken breast cut up, fresh or precooked

Chicken Noodle Soup Recipe Directions:

  1. In a 3 or 4 quart pot, sauté the contents of the vegetable packet in melted buter over low heat.
  2. Add broth, turn up heat and bring to a boil.
  3. Add chicken, reduce heat and simmer covered for 15 minutes.
  4. Bring back to a full boil and add noodles.
  5. Reduce heat and simmer covered 15 minutes.
  6. Turn off heat until ready to serve.

Inventive Soup Recipe Variations:

  • Add 1/2 cup white wine for last 10 minutes of cooking times.

Frontier Soups House Fried Rice Recipe

  1. Add 1 cup of long grain white rice while sautéing soup mix.
  2. Stir in 4 cups chicken broth.
  3. Cover and simmer on low 15 minutes.
  4. Add in noodles, simmer 10 minutes more until all liquid is absorbed and serve!
