Pork Loin Roast Grilled and Glazed with Apple Cider Recipe

Pesto Pasta

Ingredients:

2 or 3 Pork Tenderloins
2 tsp. each black pepper, dried thyme, rosemary
1 tsp. salt
½ tsp garlic powder
½ Cup apple cider
¼ Cup honey
2 Tbsp. Cider vinegar

Cooking Directions:

Heat grill on high for 10 minutes. Mix Cider, honey and vinegar in separate bowl and set aside. Mix salt, pepper, garlic and herbs. Rub all over the meat.

Place coated tenderloins onto open grill and make quarter turns every two minutes until outside is seared. Turn grill to medium heat. Brush cider mixture over the pork and roast 10 minutes covered. Baste with cider again, rotate meat and grill about 5 more minutes or until done. Remove from grill and let rest 10 minutes before slicing. Delicious served with butternut squash baked and mashed with butter, brown sugar and 1 – 2 tsps. of Frontier Soups Pumpkin Soup & Spice Mix packet!
