Sliced, grilled chicken breast
Sturdiwheat's Foccacia Mix
Sliced Avocado or Guacamole
Mayonnaise
Scallions

Focaccia Sandwich Recipe Directions:

Prepare the Focaccia Bread Mix, careful not to over bake. Allow to cool, layer on mayonnaise, chicken and avocado. Sprinkle with sliced scallions and slice in wedges to serve along with soup, as an appetizer or main course sandwich.
